Questions about plans

What do I get on the free plan?

One flat with its tenant, rent tracking, numbered receipts by email and WhatsApp through click-to-chat. The dashboard shows the current month. New accounts start with 14 days of Growth first, then move to Free unless you pick a plan. Free has no end date.

What does WhatsApp cost?

Paid plans include WhatsApp messages sent by Griho: 30 a month on Starter, 150 on Growth and 600 on Business. On Free, or when a month's messages run out, Griho writes the message and you send it from your own WhatsApp at no cost.

How do I pay for a plan?

By bKash, or by card and mobile banking through SSLCommerz, monthly or yearly. Yearly costs the same as ten months.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Nothing renews automatically. Cancel from the billing page and you move to Free when the period you paid for ends. Flats over the free limit become read-only; nothing is deleted.

I own a whole building. Does Griho fit?

Yes. Business includes 50 flats, then ৳30 a month for each extra flat, and comes with a dedicated account manager.

Can I download my records?

Every receipt and move-out settlement downloads as a PDF on every plan. Income and expense reports download as PDF on Starter, and as PDF and Excel on Growth and Business.
