How Griho works
From sign-up to your first receipt in about three minutes. You need your phone, the flat's rent and your tenant's number.

Create your account
Sign up with your phone number or email. There's no card to enter. Your account starts with 14 days of the Growth plan.

Add your flat
Give it a name you already use, like 4B or Ground floor, the building, the monthly rent and the day rent is due.

Add your tenant
Name, phone, WhatsApp number, the move-in date and the advance they paid. You can add their NID and family members too; those stay encrypted.

Tap when rent arrives
On the Rent tab, tap Mark received. The amount is filled in. Pick cash, bKash, Nagad, bank or cheque and save. A numbered receipt goes to the tenant on WhatsApp or email.

Check the month
Home shows how much has come in against what's due, and which flats are late. Reminders go out before and after the due date on paid plans.
