Yes. Install Griho on your phone's home screen and you can mark rent received with no signal. It shows as pending and syncs when you're back online, without recording anything twice.

Every screen is in Bangla and English, with Bangla or English digits as you prefer. Receipts and reminders go out in each tenant's own language.

Every receipt and move-out settlement downloads as a PDF on every plan. Income and expense reports download as PDF on Starter, and as PDF and Excel on Growth and Business.

Yes. Nothing renews automatically. Cancel from the billing page and you move to Free when the period you paid for ends. Flats over the free limit become read-only; nothing is deleted.
